As part of ATAC’s 40-year milestone year, we are excited & proud to share the launch of our brand-new website, now live at www.atac.travel.

The new site represents an important step forward for the Co-operative as we continue to evolve how we showcase our community, values, and the benefits of being part of ATAC.

Over the past four decades, ATAC has grown into a strong national network of independent travel professionals built on collaboration, shared success and the belief that working together creates greater opportunities for all. The new website has been designed to better reflect that strength while also creating clearer pathways for new travel professionals to discover and join our community.

The refreshed platform introduces a modern design, improved functionality and a smoother user experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Some of the key features include:

A contemporary design that reflects the professionalism and strength of the ATAC community
Clearer information for prospective members exploring ATAC
A fully digitalised member application process, simplifying how new agents join the Co-operative
An AI-powered chatbot to assist visitors and answer common questions
Improved analytics and insights to help us better understand and support our members
Enhanced search engine optimisation to help more travel professionals discover ATAC online

While the website is an important outward-facing platform, it also marks the beginning of further digital improvements underway for our community.

Many of you will know that we are currently working on the development of a new ATAC intranet platform, which will provide members and partners with a more streamlined and user-friendly experience. The new platform will make it easier to navigate preferred partner information, access updates and resources, and stay connected with everything happening across the Co-operative.

As we celebrate 40 years of ATAC, initiatives like this ensure we continue to evolve while staying true to what has always made the Co-operative special, a strong community of independent travel professionals supporting one another and growing together.
